RAM Role Models Society is an elite youth leadership and confidence development program designed to empower girls to discover their potential, build self-esteem, and become confident leaders.
Through leadership development, mentorship, confidence-building experiences, and creative platforms such as modeling, fashion, photography, media, and public speaking, participants develop the skills to communicate with confidence, embrace their individuality, and lead with purpose.
At RAM, we believe confidence is built through experience. Every workshop, activation, and opportunity is intentionally designed to help girls strengthen their character, develop leadership skills, and see themselves as capable, influential role models.
More than a program, RAM Role Models Society is a sisterhood that celebrates growth, inspires excellence, and prepares the next generation of young women to walk confidently into every opportunity life presents.

MEET THE FOUNDER
Cheris Monique is a confidence coach, entrepreneur, former professional model, and the visionary founder of RAM Role Model Society. Passionate about empowering the next generation, she created RAM to help girls build confidence, leadership skills, and self-worth through modeling, mentorship, fashion, media, and personal development. Her mission is to inspire young women to discover their purpose, embrace their uniqueness, and become positive role models in their schools, families, and communities.
